Bottom Line Podcast on iTunes New & Noteworthy

While it may not be that huge of a feat, as I am discovering that basically anything that is new is put on the front page regardless of popularity or number of episodes, I am extremely excited to announce that the Bottom Line podcast is featured on iTunes's "New & Noteworthy" feature section.

When I began making Youtube videos back in early 2008, I always had an idea to have a black and gay version of ABC's The View. Unfortunately, I didn't know enough people. So, instead, I started doing one person comedy bits. And while I did gain a small bit of popularity and showed promise just like my youtuber counterparts, I knew that comedy wasn't exactly for me. This became evidently clear when I was taken to court for defamation of character by another youtuber...

Fast forward to late 2012. I had been on my "Youtube hiatus" for nearly 2 and a half years. And while I would make pop up videos every now and then, without a specific and clear direction, I wasn't able to remain consistent. At this critical point, I knew what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it, but I needed the people. I asked a few of my old youtube buddies as well as some of my real world friends.

What resulted was something that I think is good and has the potential to be great! The Bottom Line podcast covers a range of issues including, but not limited to, the LGBT struggle. We are currently recording episodes on a weekly basis, and hope to grow such an audience that more live viewers can interact with all of us as we do our thing.

I want to give a shout out to the guys who help make this possible. Danny, Dakota, Ian, and Garrett. Without you guys neither Edugaytion, nor the Bottom Line would not exist. It has only been four months, but we've already covered so much. Let's continue to grow!
